Quotes and estimates
Quotes provided via this website, by phone or in person are estimates based on the information available at the time and are typically valid for 30 days. A final price is confirmed in writing following a site survey.
Installation and guarantees
All installation work is carried out by our own fitting teams or vetted subcontractors. Products carry the manufacturer's guarantee, and our workmanship is covered by our own guarantee as set out in your contract — see our FAQs for typical guarantee lengths.
Cancellation rights
If you buy from us at a distance (for example, following a home visit) you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of signing your contract, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
